Covid-19 update: 8 April 2021
From 19 April YCH Services for Young People youth work projects will resume in our young people’s centres.
All venues have been certified by Hertfordshire County Council as Covid-19 secure.
Street-based (outdoor) projects will continue to run.
The Letchworth Access Point is open for one-to-one support. Please contact the team to make an appointment before visiting.

Projects for young people in the North Herts district
- North Herts Youth Council
For young people aged 11–17 to have a voice in their community.
Every Monday, 4.30-6.30pm
- Supporting You Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience Project
For young people aged 13-16 who would like support with emotional wellbeing and self esteem, or who are struggling with anxiety or low mood.
Every Monday, 6-8pm
- NHS Cadets
For young people aged 14-16 who are thinking about a career in the NHS.
Every Tuesday, 5.30-7.30pm
- Wellbeing Project
For young people aged 12-15 who would like support with their emotional wellbeing or are struggling with anxiety or low mood.
Every Wednesday, 6-7pm
- Friday Night Project
For young people aged 13-16. An opportunity to meet other young people and get involved in fun activities and discussions about issues such as healthy relationships, emotional wellbeing and building resilience and self confidence.
Every Friday, 7-8pm
- The Empathy Project
A peer befriending scheme for young people aged 16-21.
